Cool, let's see how long this one lasts

Pretty sure this is going to be the same figure as the first run with no differences. I'll try to report if it isn't, though.

Mattel said this figure wouldn't have any changes, so I'd be shocked if it did. I don't even think this is technically a re-release. I think it was a split run like their first batch of Mer-Man was.

Scalpers can buy all they want, there should be plenty for everyone. Especially since most folks already have one.
First time I think it took a little longer than five days for them to be sold out.

Darker armbands

That's a picture of the prototype - we advocated using a softer
type of leatherette but it was only available in a dark green.
In production they went with a green that matched up to
DC's style guide PMS.

I think the arm bands are to be a darker color.
