The "Do It Yourself" Action Figure Kit

Ok parents:

Someone has just given you a CTVT and/or Doc Mego giftcard (wouldn't that be great!), and you have $75 to spend. Your mission: to make a do it yourself action figure kit for your kid to customize and make whatever wild action figures they choose. You start w/ 5 bodies and 5 heads. In addtion, you need to fill a box w/ clothing, shoes, and whatever accessories will add up to $75 from one or both of the sites mentioned. Itemize and share! Have fun!

(P.S. You must itemize the bodies and heads too!)

OK! Since no one was up for the challenge, I guess I'll have to answer this question myself. Perhaps this will get the ball rolling, perhaps not. In any case, I've upped the amount to $75, (just b/c I wanted a few extras). Here's MY list:

From the CTVT site:

5 bodies: caucasion, African American, glowing, green, red-$15
5 heads: "serious male" caucasion, African American, old man w/ white hair and beard, gold bald head, space alien-$10
2 space suits: orange, red-$4
2 space helmets: red, yellow-$4

If I had 75 to Blow ..., I'd buy some Bodies from Doc, and a Bunch of Cowboy stuff and Skeletons from CTVT.

I let my eight-year-old son and his best friend go through my garage and build their own Megos. Not sure what the cost would have been, but they had great time. My son's friend plays with his at home all the time and wants more!
