The Black Hole is a great movie, and remains one of my favourites today.
I still remember collecting the pencil holders in the shape of the robots that came free in cereal boxes!PUNY HUMANS!Comment

One of my all-time favorite films! I even have the Anchor Bay big boxed set. Glad to see another fan. :-)
So may people try to regard it as a Science Fiction film, which results in a lot of negative reviews. It was more of a science-fantasy film like FIRST MEN IN THE MOON, and the Galaxy Express anime.
I loaned Berto my Black Hole presskit, which has a huge-size page advert announcing the Mego toys. He's going to do a large-format scan of it, so we can pre-present it here at the Muesum later.Micronauts Collector, Historian, Consultant

Looooooooove The Black Hole. Saw the “real” V.I.N.CENT and Maximilian at the Disney archives during last year’s D23 convention in Anaheim. They’ve had a hard life but were still stunning in person.
I think someone needs to revisit the crews of the Cygnus and Palomino in retro, 8" form, no? (and while we’re in Disneyland, the crew of the Black Pearl as well!) Are you listening oh great Bif Bang Pow?Comment
