FF Lizard loose - £10 initial outlay. Came with FF Spiderman who was sold on for £45. Sold old Lizard - £10, which equates to free FF Lizard and £45 in pocket
FF Supes loose £7
Silver soldier ape missing one glove £3
Loose Mugato and Andorian naked - less than £15
Soldier ape - 1 pence.

All the above are hidden auctions and there are lots more, it`s hard to keep track. It sometimes works out that these items actually end up costing me nothing as they are often job lots - I sell what I don`t need and end up with free Megos and more Mego money.

Picked up a lot of four figures on Yahoo Auctions about eight years ago for $20.00. Included were a Mego Spider-Man, the Hulk, and two Tomland figures, the Fly and the Yeti. Spidey was kinda beat up and ended up in my parts box, and I eventually traded the Fly for an AHI Frankenstein that I later sold for $100. So the Hulk and the Yeti ended up being free

Almost forgot - several years ago, I found a NM Green Arrow hat on the floor of a toy show that I paid nothing for! I actually asked around but couldn't find wherever it came from, so I took it home and traded it off to someone for something else I needed.

Over 10 years ago when toyshop was really big. I got all 4 supergals boxed for 100.00 at a doll shop, even then that was a Great Deal!

was that at a show? you still have those dolls? you wouldnt by chance have any pics of those discoveries would ya? how awesome!!!

I think the best I have ever done on Ebay is $25 for a mint in box Mr. Mxy and $20 for a loose complete and mint T-1 Robin which I really just needed the elastic belt to complete my RMR Robin. I sold the rest of the parts and recouped more than $20.

I also have a 12" Mego Spider-Man that I had as a kid... basically mint condition. Too bad he isn't worth more but I received it as a Christmas gift at a time when I was starting to grow out of action figures and didn't play with him a whole lot so he has almost no wear to it.

you just have to spend some more time on ebay that's all
