Ah well, I own one, so I can definitely say they were made and sold.

They're weirdly scarce, real end of the line kind of stuff. There was a tony find of Robins which gives the feeling that they're common but I doubt there is that many around.

The person I bought it from bascially told me he's seen like three in the last twenty years. There are a couple of early eighties mego superhero items like this, real low production numbers after the blitz of 1979.

Sorry friend,..wrong Batman,..the rare one is exactly the same as the Magnetic one,..except for his hands and feet,..which dont have magnets,..and is on a bulky body,...but thanks anyway friend!
