I made a purchase a month ago and it hasn't arrived. I've sent three emails with no response.

Yeah, It was all in stock and supposed to ship out right away. I don't mind waiting, just be nice if I could get a response.

I filed a dispute with Paypal. See if that does any good.

I take it from some of the remarks above that I'm not the first person to experience this problem? That's a shame. He's lost me as a customer.

yes many many folks had the same problem...But to be fair, he had been working really hard to fix the problem and we hadn't seen someone post about this in a while...so hopefully he'll read this and get it straighten out for ya
