Heroes World desendant found in NJ

I've made an interesting recent discovery. There is still a surviving store that traces it's roots directly back to Heroes World! The store is called Hall of Heroes located in the Moorestown Mall in Moorestown NJ.
How is this store related to Heroes World? Since I've been grabbing a lot of late 70's early 80's comics and I noticed in one of the old ads one of the HW locations was the Echelon Mall in Voorhees, NJ. It then clicked. In 1998 I had visited the Echelon Mall because I was in town for a wrestling event and Taz was doing at autograph signing at a store called the Hall of Heroes.
I had no clue at the time it was a former HW location. I did some research this morning and found they are still around though no longer it the Echelon mall which was been redesigned. This is their twitter page. Store looks small but since I'll be in the area next weekend I'm going to check it out.

Awesome detective work Mike! My memories of Heroes' World are not good however LOL! I used to try and order the 8" Megos I couldn't find in the store as a kid (Wonder Woman, Invisible Girl, and Thing) and when I placed my order and the box finally arrived...they did something they were famous for...substituting different figures when certain characters were out of stock. So instead of getting the three I wanted; they sent me an 8" Superman, Shazam, and Spider-Man! I wasn't happy because these characters were always readily available at the local toy store...every time I went to the store these 8" carded characters were always hanging on the pegs with Isis, Hulk, Captain America, Batman, and Robin.
They did the same thing with the Pocket Super Heroes. I tried to order Captain America and Green Goblin, they accepted the order but sent me Batman and Robin instead.
So when I think of Heroes' World, I have some bad memories LOL!

I knew I recognized the name! My best friend and I went there a few years ago when they were in Cherry Hill! Pretty neat store, might have to make the trip to see what they have now.

        Great work, Mike!

No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

That's pretty cool to find out Funny also because my store I owned back in the 1990's here in Chicago was also called Hall Of Heroes (though that's such a common name I'm sure it's been used many times!) I have some bad memories of Heroes World too like Lou does, because a couple of times they never sent me my order. I still lament the Iron Man and Falcon figures I never got because of this :( But I did get alot of other really cool stuff from HW too, and I always loved reading their catalogs!
