Boxed 5 digit code Villains?

5 digit code Super Foes on T2 bodies seem to be very rare. Joker, Penguin, Riddler. You almost always see T1, 4 digit code MIBs for sale. Does anyone have examples in their collection?

I've kinda been looking since I noticed them in one of Tom L.'s pics. But I really haven't paid attention to the "rare" part. I figured I just hadn't come across one yet. Hmmm...
