The toughest loose Megos, Palitoys, Popys, BASAs and Ledys to find complete

I've given some thought to what the toughest loose Mego and Mego contemoraries were to find complete and this Top 10 list is based upon my own experience. These are production figures only and do not include prototypes. These are also action figures only and don't include items like Mego's Great White Shark. This list is solely based on 8" Mego and Megolike action figures without getting into knockoffs. Items like Mego Broken Circle and Diamond Circle Suit Spiderman could have easily made this list, but I didn't want to get into variations. There's also rumors of BASA Lex Luthor and Lili Ledy Joker, but since they've never surfaced, they didn't make the list.

It's tough to post a list like this in open forum. Please be gentle with me. The list is based on #1 Finding them at all and #2 Finding them complete. Both factors were given a value in my scale. I'm interested to see how these would be moved around in your opinion.

I'm no expert on foreign Mego's but shouldn't Jet Jungle be a lot higher on the list ?

I thought there were only 2 known examples ?

There's at least 6 Jet Jungles. Maybe as high as 8. Maybe 4-5 are complete.

I think the Zorro should be ranked a little higher...The hat is as tough as the glasses and hat are for AE/SI Clark Kent. Just my 2 cents.

If there are only 6-8 JJs in the world, then that makes it number 1 by a mile. All the above can be had in one state or another, but in Jet Jungle's case, it is not a question of completing the damn figure, it is just finding one, therefore it should be number 1 on the list.

I tried to take everything into consideration, Clem. If there was a figure with only 6 known in collections and only 2-3 complete, it got a higher ranking than Jet Jungle. In the case of Jet Jungle, there's at least 4 complete with outfit and accessories.

How many complete RM Robins (ranked at 5?), Clark Kents (ranked at 2?) and Zorros do you think are out there? Must be in the 100s.

Jet may deserve a higher ranking for sure. I'm only going on my own observations. Usually the 100% complete Clark Kent I see is the same one over and over again.

Maybe not the 100s but I was just trying to illustrate a point. I think Zorro is equally as scarce as both Clark Kent and RM Robin, but you have 3 accessories to worry about. (obviously Blackbeard's sword can be replaced but you still have to get it). I can't speak for the Ledy & Basas as i really know nothing about them.

The key here is complete. RM Robin is obviously quite plentiful, but definitely not with an original mask.
