question about doc mego,and castaway toys

Hey Fellow Mego Heads,

I was just wondering if anybody has had trouble contacting doc mego.I was trying to get in touch with him to order some items that was in his mail order catalog that I could not get on the website. I know that he was backed up because of toy fair a few weeks ago. I have yet to try and contact him by phone. Does anybody know what's up? I was also trying to get in touch with castaway toys about their standard phantom figure to see if they are ever going to get them in stock again. Any info would be greatly appreciated.Best regards to all.

Cold contacts are pretty tough for us... we get soooo many. If it's not about an existing order or we don't already know ya, it's gona be a while before you get a response.

We are sold out of the Standard Phantom and will be for a while. Believe you me if I had a stash of them I'd be selling them. I bet I get at least two e-mails a day asking for them.

No problem brother... we have gotten a lot of questions about the Phantom figure. We just don't have a good answer right now and we get alot of e-mail everyday. I just didn't want you to feel like you were being ingnored. Thanks for the interest!

As for e-mail, I try to check it often during the day, but in order to
get anything done, I have to limit how much time I spent answering
e-mails.

In addition, I have a two-year old and a 7 year old who hate to see
me using the computer without them.
