is the KRISTY MCNICHOL head compatable with 8" Megos?

I'm looking for a head for a custom and this head would actually work well, but would it fit on the standard 8" body?

The auction lists it as coming form a 9" body. Did Mego create a different scale?

She was 9 or 9.5 inches tall, and was part of the "TV Starz" line. Most of them were 12" tall, so I think she was intended to be like Skipper to Barbie, a shorter representation of the same scale.

I highly doubt that the head would scale to 8 inch Megos, but some of those female noggins were pretty large, so it could be possible.
