Megos on display in London

Hi Guys,

I was lucky to have taken a trip to the Victoria & Albert Museum of Childhood today, in East London. I was dreaming of seeing a green carded Palitoy Captain America on display, but alas it was not meant to be. I did however get to see a few other familiar toys whilst in there, which was where I spent most of time, with a big smile on my face;

A removable cowl Batman and a normal Robin.



A Mego Wonder Woman and a Denys Fisher CAH Cap.



A Mego Supergirl and DF CAH Superman.



Last but not least, a Mego Mangler, Spider-Man and Spider Car.



It was a blast seeing those pieces out on diplay and really made my day! They also had some carded Star Wars and Action Man figures as well, amongst many other things.

That looks like a neat place to visit. Is the musuem just displays or do that have some interactive stuff, too?

They had a number of glass displays and interactive stuff for the kids, like a sandpit, a mood centre and board games to play.

It's a permanent museum, it's been there since the 1800s. If you do pop over the bridge at some point and fancy meeting up, then let me know.
