Does MEGO 12" fit Barbie ? GI Joe

I have an AUTHENTIC REPRODUCTION of an older Barbie. I have been looking at the Wonder Woman Diana Prince Air Force uniform for her.

I can see the Mego 12" men are much too big for Joe but how about the females and Barbie?

It wont fit right. The clothes aren't cut the same because the Mego female bodies are taller and have a different shape.
