December Mail Slowdown?

Aybody experiencing this right now?

This is probably the worst it's been for me in ages, lots of things on the way but the package man never darkens my doorstep. Some of those things are Christmas presents, I gotta admit, I'm sweating this one.

Been pretty good for me, although something from Canada did take forever getting here.

I think it slow as heck also waiting for something big and nothing.

This is the worst I've known it in years. I've got packages taking almost a month to arrive while it shouldn't be more than 2 weeks normally

Same deal here. Canada Post is slower than ever before it seems this year.

It's getting to a point where stuff is taking so long that on occasion the 30 day period to file a complaint on eBay (in case something goes wrong) is gone before I got the package. Got another such situation coming up, but I got a mail from the seller asuring me it's on the way. I also know a couple of other people who know this seller and they vouched for him, so I'm not worried. But this slowdown is getting on my nerves

Been about 50/50 for me. Some are taking long, others seem normal. Distance seems to be a big factor.

If you guys could see the backlog in our delivery office you'd understand why. We are geting to the point where we don't have the time to shift them. The mail industry is changing, particulary at this time of year when so much shopping is been undertaken online.
I can't imagine that this is just specific to the UK and would think it's a trend happening worldwide.

Same here, got some ebay packages coming from the States, should really have been here by now, also some MM cards from Troy, over a month and still no sign.

So far so good, my most recent purcahses from Amazon & Ebay arrived within a week's time.

I've been selling more than buying and according to the buyers, shipping has been lighting fast.

I have been waiting for parcel from Texas since about, the 3rd. Most others have been fine.
