my mego blast from the past :)

    hi all
was looking through my old pics when id not been collecting megos all that long... id say the pics are from about 8 years ago at a guess
i used to go to many car boot sales here in uk( called garage sales over there i think in usa ? )

on the pics you will see me on one pic looking pretty sad lol holding up a mego alan carter... he was my first good mego find on a car boot got him for £5... looking at the picture i now feel pretty silly looking at myself holding up a toy with that excited looking face ... that car boot was in matlock derbyshire in uk

also on there is pictures in a place called valkenburg where i went on a few days holiday there....i had no idea they had a market there?? and was really excited to pick up an original boxed will scarlet .. figure inside mint condition..if you can just see the price tag it was either 32? or 37 euros cant remember for certain.
so pretty good buy..you will also notice some trek figures and friar tuck who i left behind...
    happy days gone by

Great pics. I wish I could find little markets like that around here.

Definately looks like a fun trip, and the Will Scarlet isn't a bad score at all. Thanks for sharing.

Actually I would say a better US equivalent would be a Flea Market.
A garage sale is a sale at someone's home in the garage or driveway area.

Great pictures and cool finds. Flea markets here are usually full of stuff that is one step from going in the trash. Nice Carter, I'd be smiling too...
