Mego Black Hole figures

So I finally decided that I'm never going to find a Humanoid in a price range that I could live with. Considering I'm in the states, I'm not going to find one in a rummage sale, or flea market anytime sooner either. With that I broke down and sprung for a custom figure. I generally don't buy reproduction or custom figures, but in the case of the Humanoid I finally decided I needed one. I got it yesterday and It's awesome honestly, looks great.

I have a loose figure set, but I also have a carded Max, VINCENT and Sentry. These Black Hole figures just make me happy

I'm actually tempted to go for the 3D printed Palomino of the Mego prototype, that I've been seeing lately, as it looks super cool, but don't really have the room for it.

They look great. The Humanoid is very slick.

I'm interested in fabrics and fabrication: The custom's robe looks like cotton, and I'm curious what Mego might have used.

From what I've seen this material is nearly indentical to the original, and oddly it also has little matching fabric booties as well. It was an interesting choice originally for sure.
