3rd Disney set ?

I just saw on facebook someone posted the new set. Iron man Cap Thor and Hulk. Iron man has his nose.Oh sorry saw it posted now. But no Falcon.( has to be one more set right?

There are two more 4-packs due out (according to myriad announcements/interviews), so that means eight remaining characters. Falcon is the last classic Marvel MEGO ( not counting Conan), so he’ll definitely be one of them. That leaves seven more.

I’m surprised they did the four big gun Avengers in one set. I thought we’d get more of a mixup. Something like Iron Man/Doctor Doom/Thor/Loki in one set, and Falcon/Cap/Hulk/Namor in the other.

But we’ll probably see more film inspired characters like Wolverine, Black Panther, Daredevil, and maybe Deadpool.

But given their popularity, I’d be surprised if we didn’t get Doom and maybe Loki.

Maybe the line will continue after these sets? That was kinda hinted at in at least one interview.

They look great, but I am a little disappointed that there is no new character in the set. I can understand why the FF set didn’t have a new character, but I wish this one did. The Diamond Thor and Cap sets have already scratched that itch for me, and I recently got an Iron Man from Figure Factory (with the rivets) that scratched that itch. I may just get Hulk separately.

I was already sure this would be the next set. Much harder to predict the next one though ... Distribution kind of improved with the FF set and I was actually able to get one through Disney's EU store for a pretty decent price. Hope this will work with the Avengers, too. But to make me really happy: Please give us some (good) news about that next DC wave, Mego!

Too bad no Falcon included. I guess he’ll be released with some other figures? I’d like at least one more female character, like Black Widow.

And If I remember right…Mego doesn’t have the rights to Conan?

The Spidey set is still available on Disney, if anyone missed out.

The back of the package are original figures i believe. You can tell by Thor’s armbands. The front of the package shows what I think is the Diamond select Thor. The bands are different.

i hope they go with the OG bands. They look way better the boots were different as well on the DS Thor. .

I wish they had gone with a taller Hulk, and no nose on Ironman but seeing this set in package makes me very happy for the originals.
Maybe do a future wave of Hulk 2.0 and Ironman 2.0 and 2 others.
