Great video! I loved the Micronauts as a kid, too. I also agree that the board game playset, explicitly intended to be used with the Mego figures, is awesome!

(And as an aside, I, too, have my Micronauts collection in a glass case (in my case, in a closet) and basically never pull them out because doing so is so 'involved.')
