The first one by far. It reminds me of the Batman TV series. The other one, not really at all.

I agree, the first one is a better Mego Batman theme. The second one sounds more like ancilliary background music for a Mego Batman adventure, but makes a poor theme song.

That commercial was the first time I saw the batcycle. I HAD to have it! Got it that Xmas. Mine was blue though.

I like the first one's music. It makes me think of the tv show. I remember watching that commercial as a kid and "needing" the bat cave and the batmobile after seeing it. The funny thing is that I thought I remembered Batman holding a bat-a rang when they showed him, but it is really just his oven mitt with a bent hand (33 secs in) also in the next scene at the bat computer, I just notice that Bats doesn't have gloves on.

Definitely the first one - it's a shame that we don't have a better
version of that music - the existing commercials all have that shaky
sound of a bad grade school film.

I had a friend re-record that music - hopefully I can talk to Mattel
about making some commercials for the new WGSH line.
