    Stan Lee and WGSH

Has Stan Lee ever endorsed, been seen with or had MEGO figures?
    Thanks

If he didn't actually own any of them, I would imagine he was at least aware of them: I'm sure that there were people getting carded figures signed at the comic/collectors show when he was doing signings and as such there may be photos of him floating about out there with him holding Mego figures, etc.

I’m pretty sure he did, unless I’m wrong, wouldn’t Mego corp have to get the license and permission from Marvel Comics to make the figures in the first place? The characters were created and owned by Marvel comics.

Stan Lee, being the publisher might not have the final say so in the matter. The president perhaps

Didn't Stan complain to Marty or someone at Mego about there not being any Marvel vehicles, and that's why Mego made the Spider-Car? I think he also pushed for the Spider-Buggy in the comics, which AHI issued several versions of.

Both Neal Kublan and Marty Abrams were very friendly with Stan Lee. He talked to Mego and gave them ideas for merchandise.

He jammed a Mego Thing into a Batmobile (breaking through the underside) in an episode of the Simpsons.

Did he break it or just make it better?

Not sure if you are joking or not. Palitoy definitely was.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I just can't leave a Simpsons reference open like that, it's a weakness of mine.
