well guys hi ..
not sure if im putting this in right section...but here goes

i was made redundant in april...and for some silly reason i had an urge to sell my megos... i say silly because i didnt need the money and still dont.

it was a mistake i regret.. i didnt sell lots of my megos but some of my favorites..i sold commander coenig..paul morrow..alan carter..talos..the 9inch robin and few less sort after all were with original parts :cry

i know i could get them back but not so easy done as i got them very cheap at the time ..i remember coenig being £25 when i bought it way back.

so my urge.....has been to get my megos out of the storage boxes and have a good old look at them as theyve been packed away for a long while...and also to add my recent zorro find to them.

so i took a few snaps to share with you guys of my megos..missing some that i regret selling..im sure its happened with some of you guys aswell

the war heros if you look carefully are the ones in the mego museum gallery..
i put them forward to the museum a long time ago..but someone else got the credit :( a bit of a mix up but they were from my collection all but 2 i think..

the superhero window boxes and monster boxes are all repro...carded stuff all original..robin hood line and knight boxed originals odd repro emblems on the superheros but all in all a fairly repro free colllection..
uk fistfighters in there aswell plus the ahi monsters
just a few classic tv toys in there aswell....

If this is what you still have left after selling some of your Megos I really wish you would've taken a pic when your collection was still complete, must've been quite a sight. Cause these pics are way cool, great collection you still have now

Man, I with that I had taken pictures of MY collection before I got rid of a lot of it. I have pictures from early on and a few recent ones, but no pics of many items that I had. Let this be a lesson to you, kids: Take pictures of your collection before you sell stuff!

Selling anything dear to you is a real wrench. I sold my cipsa apes and regret it. Lesson learnt though - never again. My Megos are feeling a bit neglected at the moment, I seem to be on a Star Wars train at the moment but my Megos will always be there for when the bug is back.
Still a nice collection left.
