I love Megos

I think I kinda lost that direction for a while.

But I can't shake it...I LOVE Megos.

My late father...bless him...he introduced Megos to me...he bought my very first Megos...a Kirk and a Spock...I still have them.

It's part of my blood...part of who I am.

I will DIE loving Megos.

I want to be cremated with that very same Kirk and Spock...in memory of my father.

I also love this site...the Mego Museum makes my day everyday...it makes life tolerable.

I should be talking more about Megos...and I will.

Many of you know, I'm exclusively a Superman-only collector now...but it's awfully HARD to bypass the other wonderful Megos out there.

I have since sold most of my Mego collection except for Superman stuff.

But now I'm getting the itch to start collecting Spider-Man and Batman stuff as well.

I just can't help it.

I love Spidey and Bats too.

Superman will ALWAYS be be my number one superhero...but I believe I have room for Spidey and Bats too.

I'm NOT religious...but I'll say this...one time...

I'm in a weird place with Mego, I love it to pieces still but I find myself not buying much of it anymore. It's mostly because I'm in a happy place collecting wise, I got what I like and I can't see myself buying say, a carded Thor or Joker. It just doesn't fit me.

The other problem is the stuff I do want never shows up anymore....

I love Megos too, but I don't just love one character. I probably won't get many more figures, but I want some accessories and maybe a playset or 2. And this is the first website I come to everyday. I love you guys!

Superman is great, but Batman and spiderman are must haves also. well, I'm still more than happy to pass on cool superman and now batman auctions that I find, to you ... but you won't see much from spidey I'll give you heads up on LOL LOL.

I've managed to stick to collecting the Megos I really want: everything Batman related (including foreign Mego), Star Trek and the Mad Monsters + the Megolike monsters such as AHI, Remco and Lincoln.
As far as Star Trek goes I stick to loose figures and except for a few rare parts my collection is complete, same goes for the monsters.
As far as Batman goes I have all the figures loose, complete and all original, I have every vehicle and I'm missing two original backdrops to have a complete Wayne Foundation and I still need the bendy Batgirl. Right now I'm hunting down a few foreign Megos and a couple of boxes and cards.
Basically I still need most of the stuff that costs a pretty penny.
