I was watching that one and I hope I'm wrong but I passed on it because I think it's a 12" scale one for GI Joe and someone put an action jackson sticker on it.
I did a little research on it.

Irwin also produced a green version of the amphicat ATV like this shown here. You will see this one on eBay once in a while. It came with US Army and flag sticker markings.

Irwin Amphicat

This orange blow-molded plastic ATV was made by Irwin in the 1970s during the Adventure Team years. The amphicat also came in a blow-molded yellow version.
