Pretty dumb since the sculpts are based on the actors. It still ticks me off they have Jor-El with white hair. Don't even get me started on Krypton the ice planet or kal-Els rocketship.
Is that why they have the comics uniforms instaed of the movie outfits?

Yeah, that's why. Mego's license was with DC not with the movie maker.
