Carded Aquaman

Greetings Bros, it was bought to my attention that the Aquaman packed on the Superman card is rare and pretty expensive(for me anyways) so I have to share a story from long ago, I saw an ad somewhere for a carded Aquaman so the guy sent me the first with a broken leg which I sent back, then he sent another w/another broken leg which I also sent back, the 3rd one came with no broken leg but friggin blue gloves and I thought ***??? I thought screw it someday I'll find mint green gloves and change em, now this happened 15 or 16 years ago so Blue gloved Aquaman has sat in a box in my closet for all these years until now so enjoy the pics..

Great story.

I found one of these in an antique mall in 1997 and put it on ebay. This was before pictures were common and nobody had heard of this variant. I got tons of questions and few bidders, think it went for $75.

I was at a train show in the early 90's and a guy had 3 of them 45.00 each. I passed them up because of the blue gloves. Oh well. He does look pretty cool.
