I smell a lawsuit. Doesn't Marty own the Mego name again?

I was in negotiations to buy this domain from a squatter a few years ago, and after refusing a 4 figure offer, demanding 5 figures, I stopped negotiating and eventually he sold out to this person, who does have a trademark on the mego name, for this specific purpose, so they have as much if not more right to it than even Marty.

I think the legal test is whether someone might reasonably confuse this with the Mego we think of. For instance, there's a Lowe's Food Store and a Lowe's that sells home-improvement stuff. As far as I know, they're not the same company, but it's ok legally because no reasonable person would confuse a home improvement company with a food store. However, in this case, since Mego is known for action figures and this site seems to be promoting some sort of doll, I think there is the possibility of confusing the two, so I think if Marty Abrams does indeed hold the rights to the Mego trademark he has grounds for legal action.

Hmmm....That's true. But does that really cover them? Maybe....but if you notice, in the 1960s and 70s, Hasbro spelled their main action figure GI jOE, but in the 80s, with the Real American Hero line, they spelled it G.I. Joe.
