So, last week, I won a super Two-fer ebay auction of Lemon-Lime RM Robin and Skinny Boots RC Batman. I was psyched to win, because I always wanted an all original First Version Batman. Also really needed the Robin after I sold my last one in the spring to cover some tax burden.
Well, shortly after I paid, I get this email from the seller...
I gained my composure for a second and responded, "That's Great..Thanks!!".
So, I'm thinking...box of dolls hmmm, don't get too excited. Most likely the seller found a Lone Ranger mask, but the little kid in me was DYING to now.
So, today, after heavy rains I run to my soaked Priority Mail Box. I immediately start ripping it open. I set both toys to the side and start searching the box for that mask....
Nothing,
I can't find it.
Then, I look on the floor next to the box and notice a small manilla envelope marked "Mask".
My heart skipped a beat as I turned it upside down.
Well, the proof is in the pudding. And that's just what I made in my shorts when this fell out...
Quite possibly the most MINT Original Mask to ever grace a loose Mego RM Robin.
I am still quite floored.
