What would you do with this Human Torch?

if I was going to keep it I would open it carefuly and repalce the knee pin, or I would just re-sell it

If the broken leg bugs you, try reselling it and disclose the leg is broken.

On a good day you still might make a little more money then you paid for it.

At least the leg is not going to be flopping around loose in the package like on some megos. If the card and bubble are decent, which they look like they are, I'd leave it closed and resale, telling about the break of course.

yeah that's happend to me quite a few times. usually the french carded torch's or things always have a broken knee which is hard to tell because of their costume. i'd rip it open!!

Bummer thing is that when I got it, Torch's left leg was broken (while still inside the card). This wasn't mentioned in the listing (Could have happened in transit). I suppose $35 + shipping is still a decent deal, just not crazy on the fact he has a broken leg.

I did get insurance on it, but not sure what good that does me.

Any advice Mego folk?
