Awesome. SO looking forward to these.

The Superman looks great...having a different head sculpt from the original Mego Supes makes him even more unique...and more reason to get him.

I mean...if he looked the same...then what would be the point to buy the new one...when you get get the loose
        Mego one still relatively cheap?

Great exposure. We'll need plenty of that to guarantee this line will be a success

The same point that encouraged me to buy MATTEL's MOTU vintage replicas
and HARSBRO's vintage KENNER STAR WARS replicas, which is
to be able to buy one of the most pivotal toys of my youth in
brand new condition whenever I felt like. You know, like Trek/POTA fans
            have been able to do.

Mattel's policy is that the sculpts have to be different from the
originals so that there is no question of ownership.

Luckily that can be accomplished with minor changes to hair
and eyes so we can keep much of the simple charm of MEGO
                  and still have something different.

Absolutely. That is definitely the way to go!!

If the upcoming figures are similar to the ones we've seen so far, you are right on target, following this guide, in every way! Much appreciated!

Well...I for one LOVE the new Superman! I only hope Batman comes out as well(assuming that you make one of course)...and that the changes are more than Minor(such as Pupil removal).

I cant wait myself. Last year my Christmas gift was Doc's Star Trek megos including Khan. This year has delivered a great Christmas gift with the new Retro line.
Check out my picture library of Mego-ish compatible vehicles with ID data.
