Need some help IDing a couple of Lion Rock Knockoffs

I recently picked them up in an auction lot and saw there are no manufacturing marks and I couldn't get the images to come up in the galleries, so hopefully somebody can help me id these guys.

blonde beard is the uboat captain, I think

not sure about the camo fellow. Face looks like the marine, but I don't think that had the harness on it. Perhaps the US paratrooper
