Yahoo Mego group?

Anybody here a past member of the Yahoo Mego group? It was cool until the Megomuseum opened. Then everybody started posting here and no more Mego email group. I think one guy still posts messages. I pretty much never posted here until now but I've been lurking for a decade. I really only went to the pretty picture sections. Lots of cool stuff.
And remember megoheadtoys.com? AWESOME!

The mailing list was still really active when these boards opened, this place was full of people who weren't on it. It was a slow decline, I was a little sad to see that happen as I've been a part of a mego mailing list since '97. Now I don't even get email from it because it's usually just unrelated spam.

Megoheadtoys like Dave said, is here now, John wanted us to take care of it and we're very happy to preserve it.

It freaks me out sometimes how many people do lurk, especially at megomeet or a toyshow when people know who i am or ask me if I'm Scott. I always say I am Scott, then I borrow money.

I was a sometimes poster at the Yahoo Mego group back around 1999-2000, mostly doing some trading.

I see I posted on the earliest page of messages Yahoo has (first 20 posts). I shrunk Chekhov and Sulu 9" heads to Mego size for Doc Mego to reproduce!
