I could kick myself for passing on a sweet condition Stretch Mickey MIB around 98 or so. I was just starting out collecting and it wasn't hot on my list of wants. The guy wanted $60.00 for it!

I drained my Spidey and filled him with cotton, I wish I had used beans though.

If somebody offered me a restored Stretch Monster, I'd prefer it.

I don't mind them drained and refilled at all,I actually prefer it although it does hurt the value because now it's not all original etc....it's not so much the corn syrup that's bad but more the latex....but of course if they leak then the corn syrup ruins the box

then again...id buy a plasticman leaking, beat to hell and pretty much destroyed just to own one again....it was my favorite childhood toy

I had a perfect loose Mickey and Casper still in their containers and got about $55 a piece for them. I'd say the recent auction is a much better barometer for it's value than an ebay store asking price.

the disney ones aren't in demand very much at all but they are cool....very few people want them unlike the superhero ones....I'm one of the beggers begging for them almost daily in the marketplace

Everytime I see pics like that, I think of medical photo books that have graphic pictures of really bad skin diseases and afflictions. Maybe that's why I have a phobia of old stretch toys, and wouldn't want to even touch one, let alone own one, they gross me out. But I admit I do love the box art because they used the old style Mickey instead of the modern one, it's very cool.

I think about $300 is more like it, the prices on the stretch figures that that seller has are ridiculous

    Ok Stretch Mickey Mouse question

I found a stretch Mickey mouse in box with the directions sheet. The box is semi beat, Mickey still stretches and is flexible but the paint on him is pretty brittle and dry.

I've read these are kinda rare.

anyone have any info? I see one on evilbay for $1500 but he's on the high end. one just ended for $300 and mine matches the description. I'll post pics once I get them uploaded.
