    Mego Packaging from My Childhood

With the posting of the Solid Box Robin, I wanted to share what I've had since I was a kid. I got these out of storage to take the pics and hadn't seen these for awhile. I had thought that I had gotten a Solid Box Aquaman at the same time that I got Superman, Batman and Robin, but obviously, my Mego Memory from '73 was a bit faulty Enjoy!

Brian, I knew I had these from when I found my Megos at my folk's storage last year. When the comment was made about the condition of the other Robin box on the Solid Box Link, I knew I didn't have too many scuff marks on the one I own. If you would like, you may use the picture as an addendum to the one you just posted.

sounds good, if you can take a "more closer up" pic, I'd be happy to just replace the one we have now as well.

Wow, that's fantastic that you've saved all that great packaging since childhood. The only WGSH packaging that I still have from childhood is an Iron Man box (and by that point I was probably about 11 or 12 when I got him). But solid boxes....damn that's impressive!

The Robin figure in the current photo I think looks better than mine. The sticker is clean, no yellowing, and he looks to be able to stand on his own, so the next chance I get, I'll take some close ups of just the box front, sides, etc. Thanks.

There was always something cool to me about the boxes, so I liked to keep them. I wish I still had my original boxes to my AMT Star Trek models. I used to trace the graphics and make my own pictures from that artwork when I was 8 or 9.
