    Mego Solid Box Robin

New to Mego Museum Robin Page (and long overdue!) is the Solid Boxed Robin. Were you a lucky kid who snatched up one of these in '73?

Whew, don't see one of those very often. No wonder it took all this time show up at gallery.

Just think of all those kids who ripped into these priceless gems at the toy store to see how the figure looked.

Looks like that Robin might be a "fader".

That's pretty awesome. Love the solid boxes, I didn't realize we were lacking that one before.

And that entire Robin page pretty much rocks, if I don't say so myself. I love seeing all of those variations listed in the side menu at the top of the page. It's amazing how many photos there are and they all look really good! Great contributions from everyone. Go Mego Museum!!

Great addition! I was somewhat baffled at first though because I had just assumed it there the whole time.

I've told the story before, but my Mom was being very generous the day we ran across these at TRU. Came Home with Supes, Bats, Robin and Aquaman. My Robin had green sleeves (holy song cue) like in the picture but now they are yellow.
                    It's all good!

Just plain awesome. Hurts to think how many boxes were destroyed back in the day to get the figure out of the box

I know, somebody asked a question and I went to look at the picture but we didn't have one. Glaring omission on our part.

So is a solid box Robin (box) so rare that this is the best example that exists for a picture?
I'm asking out of curiousity. That's incredible if that's the case seeing as they had to be super-common when new.
