RM Robin box?

ok curiosity is killing me and I'm at work and can't look at the book, How did RM Robin come was it in a box or carded? or both?

I just bought the one Supercrazy had and was thinking about getting a repro box to keep it in so it looks nice on the shelf.

He came in a solid box, Kresge (or first issue) card and an early window box.

We don't have pictures of the solid box, that needs to be fixed...

You would want the box with the Cap America on it, I believe. Of course, if you are ordering from Toyroom or M73, they will know what you are looking for. congrats on the RM - very cool

If you are trying to save space, the window boxes are good. setting him up in front of the solid box would also look pretty fab. There may not be a photo of a solo Robin solid, but there is one in the group packaging shot on the Robin page in the galleries.

I'll check out the robin page, forgot about that. the display idea is because my 2 floor mego batcave is full to the brim with what i have, i should get a 3rd floor but for now I'll get a box to keep him clean

hey Riff,

there is also a four panel (portraits on the side of the box) version with a Cap on it. I am not sure if the RM Robin would have been in that box. You would have to defer to the experts on that one. The RC bats was in that box, but I think the RM Robin was phased out much earlier than the four panel.

This is why I don't collect packaged items. lol There are waaay too many variations and I would want to get them all and would have to start robbing banks. I have a hard enough time restraining myself from minor costume variations.

yeah me too, If i had the cash I'd try for a collection like palitoy's but aside from the Titans and maybe the FF Batman and Robin my wish list is getting smaller. Maybe a boxed Shazam .

I know my original RM Robin was a 1st issue Kresge card with only four pics..

Is there conclusive proof that the RM Robin came in 1st issue window box or is this a bit like the discussion regarding the POTA Astronaut coming in the Astronaut box?
