General Ursus-Maroon Tunic Variant? Have you seen this?

Hi. Recently acquired this General Ursus with this style maroon tunic.
It has a holster sewn onto the side. Also the tunic style is different from the pics of the carded Ursus on the Mego Museum site. This one has a brown lizard-skin like bib flap on the top. The holster was there. I am not sure if this gun came with it as there was a bunch of stuff . Put it in the holster since it looked cool... The tunic has the Mego tag inside. Can anyone help me further identify this? Maybe a new variant?...Thanks!

It is certainly a custom job. It's a Klingon shirt, which is why it's tagged Mego. The collar part is hand sewn in place (look at the uneven stitching), and the cuffs aren't event and certainly made from another klingon shirt.
