Greatest American Hero 3 and 3/4

Anybody know, is the Greatest American Hero 3 and 3/4 set mego released super rare? I remember having this in Kindergarden and loving it, but I've never seen one on ebay.

They do crop up, I've never been certain as to their "mega raredom" but there is a lot of demand. I've seen them go as low as $250 and as high as $900. I'd $600 could nab you one MIB. The figures are more readily available loose.
