Yeah, I seen this posted here in another topic the other day. The ending price is just unreal isn't it? These are very nice cards although I never would have thought that the demand for them would have been this great. ??? Now that others see what kind of price these went for some may get the same idea as it pertains to selling their cards. Which is a bummer as that is not what they were actually meant to be for sale. As always....money talks!

Brian doesnt "Sell" them. The few bucks only covers postage and mailing material. It goes with the whole mego community we have here.

I wouldn't say it was hard but definitely not easy. I completed my set a few months ago...finally! I've been a member for almost a year so it took me probably 8-10 months to do it?

I'm actually having a WAY harder time getting the NEW cards than I ever did with any of the old cards..INCLUDING the elusive 1st print spiderman!!
I need almost everything that's been released in the past couple months barring a few I got from Anderson (who is a really nice guy...and where has he been anyway? No internet in his new place yet???)

So anyone have some spares of the recent MM & PS cards and want to part with them????

I thought the same way when I first got started here collecting the cards.

Sure it takes time and patients. (I remember Mike telling me that way in the begining as I was a little overzelous)

The best way I would recommend to any newbie is to just become an active member of the community. Post in other places then just the card thread.
Get active in other topics. When you do trade BE a good egg. Be prompt. secure the cards well, Thank the person, Let them know when you get their trade in the mail, Make sure they got theirs OK.

I made alot of great friends here like Spaceace, Aussieman, Thunderbolt Way too many to list here. They know who they are.

I was able to get a complete set for myself and my son so it is possible.

I will (if everything goes according to plan) have a complete set of MMs and PS including all the elusive stickers as well in about a week. Its taken me 1 and half months, so you can see it is very do-able. The key is not really the interest in the cards. It is getting involved with the forum, hanging out with a great bunch of people, making friend and sharing our passion of playing with 8 inch dollies
