    What causes arms and legs to break when the card and bubble are in mint condition? i've seen alot of Hulks that way
    Looking for Infinite Heroes Robin and Catwoman
    And Super Powers Batman

    Dried out elastics mostly. They're under tension and as they become brittle they snap. Knee pins too though I never really figured that one out. Has to be from being banged around during shipment, or not being snapped together properly during manufacturing. Check out Super Joes, they are famous for dried out rubber joints. Bulletman from the 12 inch line too. You see them in pieces on ebay all the time.
    It's not a doll it's an action figure.

      Personally, I think it's done by malicious collectors using the Dark Side of the Force to snaps the bands.

        Knee pins break at the weakest point - the narrow spot just before the
        arrowhead that snaps into the socket. In later year production, the
        quality of the PPE used was not as pure as earlier years so you see
        more broken knee pins on carded and grey heads.
