It looks like they got some art of a overseas B movie Dracula with a goatee in a turtleneck.
Also, isn't it interesting how Mr. Spock's art seems heavily influenced by the way they drew him in the Gold Key comic. With the oversize ears and the eyebrows that curl back down on the sides. I wonder what made Alberto Giolitti extend his eyebrows like that.
