Im pretty clueless when it comes to this figure any education would be helpfull when did it come out are their 2 versions box and carded was it sold in the US and what year did he come out. was he based on a comic book or cartoon he looks like the guy from Johnny quest cartoon from the orginal 60's series with that white hair

There's a fair amount of other Mego figures that are boxed/carded that go for way more than that even. Considering the rarity of this figure I don't think it's an outlandish price for a true completist collector.
