Foreign Mego Freaks Check In

I know a few of the folks who dabble in Foreign Megos, but was curious if we'd picked up a few new ones.

I'm pretty interested in Ledy, Basa, Popy and any other Megolike items exclusive to countries other than the U.S.

Either way, love to hear from ANYONE (Old or New) interested and what lines you collect.

Maybe even tell us what you're looking for.

As you all probably know, I'm a Ledy Lover, but I'm also becoming a Basa Boy, a Cipsa Sap and a Popy Pup. :-)

My main interests within those brands is always to find MIB examples (only a Ledy Mxy so far! LOL, though I still have my eye on a Ledy Robin MIB). Along the way I have been slowing trying to piece together all original loose examples.

I hope to have a new surprise for everyone to see very sooooooooooon in my hands

I am very much a fan of non US released items. Current hitlist is on the Cipsa apes and Lili Ledy fist fighters for Megolike items. Also picking away at the Italian releases for Black Hole. Non Mego - I have a penchant for Cipsa Kid Acero (Big Jim), Lili Ledy Hombre de Accion (GI Joe), and the large Lili Star Wars. Also looking for some Ledy Charlies Angels. Palitoy Action Man. Vicma Sesame Street items.

Looking for a Popy Spidey MIB. Love Harbert as well. I have a '78 spidey on an opened Harbert card and a pocket hero spidey on a sealed red harbert card.

Seems a logical progression to Ledy Fist-Fighters if you ask me. Then you're completely sucked in.

I'm completely hooked on the foreign stuff: Ledy and Ensueno superheroes, Cipsa POTA, Ledy 12" Star Wars, and hope to expand into the BASAs, Popy 8 inchers and Cipsa Big Jims someday soon. Right now my entire toy collection is probably 60% US, 35% Japanese, 4% Mexican and 1% Italian.

Well i love the Deny Fisher DR WHO line but i only have the DR so far and haveing no luck on getting the others, other lines are Palitoy SPACE 1999 and Palitoy fist fighters all most had a Ledy SPIDERMAN but someone beat me to it

Count me as a BIG fan of all foreign Mego carded WGSH such as Grand Toys (Canada), Parkdale Novelty (Canada), Pin Pin Toys (France), Harbert (Italy), and Palitoy (UK).

I am not into collecting the Ledys, Basa, etc that aren't quite Megos, but I can understand the fascination. I live vicariously through Brain, Heath, Bryan, and the rest of you Ledy hunters.

I have a few Ledy's and two Basa Supermans. I'd love to complete my Batman related Lili Ledy line and find a Basa Batman and Robin. And I wouldn't pass up an affordable Batman Popy either
Adding a few Harbert and Palitoy figures is also on the list
