My wife almost died.......laughing this morning.

"I can't believe I am watching a grown man iron doll clothes"

I soaked them for an hour in Oxi Clean. After they dried I had to press their uniforms. The Captain would not have them on patrol in wrinkled clothing.





Just need to work on degraying their heads!

Being a Mego collector automatically makes us do things that make us appear less manly. To make up for it, when you're done ironing your doll clothes, and playing dress up, go out in the garage and saw something. Breaking out the power tools will help you appear like you're not too much of a wuss.

I remember when my wife walked upstairs to find me in our roon, sitting in a chair with my magnifying headset on, painting a head, while on the bed were 47 naked Dr. Mego Bodies with Ghost rider Heads in various states of being painted.
She sighed, shook her head and walked out. Must have been an 'interesting' site.

You can look quite devious with that thing on. All mad scientist and stuff. You need to let out a menacing snicker and wear a labcoat when using it.

Oxi clean, or Vanish as we know it over here. Great stuff. I also use a vanish stain bar - like a soap bar but you just just concentrate on the area you need to clean. I find a gentle rub with a fingernail also helps to get right into the fibres.

My wife thinks it quite strange when there are little clothes on the washing line or radiators, but she's used to it by now.
