    A Thought Regarding Hulk

I just had a thought, and I'd like to know what you guys think about this. Since Hulk is supposed to be taller than the other superheroes, not shorter, when I start my Marvel collection, I'm thinking I'll get the 12" Hulk to go with the other 8" superheroes. I just checked on Marvel.com and they list Savage Green Hulk's height at 8 feet. Now if my math is not faulty, and we interpret 8 inches to be 6 feet, then that makes 12 inches out to be 9 feet. So that doesn't seem too far off the mark to make 12 inch Hulk work better with the other Mego superheroes than 7 inch counterpart. What do you think?

While the 8" Hulk is definitely too small, I personally think the 12" Hulk looks a bit too big to be in scale with the 8" heroes (maybe by a head or so) And of course, the 12" Hulk is too small compared to the other 12" heroes. Damn you Mego!! Here's a pic showing a size comparison:

      Nah,
      Mego's Hulk is best.

I consider Lou the definitive Hulk.
Lou is about the height of a normal guy (maybe a little taller)

      Mego Hulk is squatting.
If Mego Hulk were standing straight, he'd be about the same height (or a little taller) then a Mego hero.

      Perfect

When I was a kid, as soon as I got my12" Remco Energized Hulk, I started using him with my Megos. In hindsight, he was probably too big (and stiff as a rock), but Mego 8" Hulk's short stature bothered me even at 4 years old. I used the Mego Hulk as an "in-between" stage between my Banner (Luke Duke) and Energized Hulk.

Really, isn't 12" Hulk's height compared to 8" Megos similar to the height of the Hulk in the most recent movie?

Buy them both. I love my og hulk despite his shortcomings. He's angry, durable, and cool. I have the 12" as well. Love em both.

I love the 8" but he is one of my original group from my childhood. I don't have the 12" but have him on my list... so as others have said, get both.
It was like that when I got here.

Yeah you've got to get the 8" version. Because if you don't,who's going to annoy your Mego Spidey all of the time?

8" Hulk is too small, 12" Hulk is too big... make a custom 10" Hulk then

I just picked up a 12" Hulk and as great as he is, he's just not as satisfying as 8" Hulk. Aside from an odd head sculpt, 12" Hulk's shirt is not tattered enough. It almost look like he's headed off to tai kwan do class. Also, 8" Hulk was who I had as a kid and he really brings back the nostalgia.
