Hey folks, I'm a happy man tonight.

Ok first let me state that I'll admit that nothing I've latched onto will probably sound that impressive to those of you who have been collecting a while and are now into the rarer pieces. But remember I'm just getting started. So today I sent off payment to Greenlantern9999 / Patrick Hughes for my first Mego as an adult, a T1 Action Jackson. But I wanted something to put on him...so I just came from eBay and saw there was one minute left on an Action Jackson, NRFB Snowmobile outfit for $5.....which I won for $5. So now I'll have something that should be in great condition to put on him (Does anyone here feel strongly that an NRFB outfit should not be opened? Especially since it's my understanding this is a fairly common one).

Congrats Man...A birthday present to yourself from yourself with much love !!! Awesome too about the outfit ! PLAY WITH YOUR TOY'S !! Take that outfit out of the box , dress up your figure , have an adventure , and then put him on the shelf to look tough until the next time you go on another adventure , when you buy him another outfit !

Honestly I'd love to open and display a AJ in each outfit if I could afford it.

I would definitely open that one.
I would refrain from opening the Italian label AJ boxed outfits, but the USA labels are quite common.

Does anyone here feel strongly that an NRFB outfit should not be opened? Especially since it's my understanding this is a fairly common one).

If the box was strict mint I'd consider hanging onto it for the collection and finding a crushed one to open up but most of them are in crushed shape anyway.
Check out this thread. I've posted numerous pictures of AJ's that I dressed in MOC outfits. They are cheap enough and common enough to do that.
