I think the Flash Gordon line is the most accurate. Incredible details and accessories.

    Speaking of 13inch figures
Queen Hippolyte having no bracelets was a shocker. I added some.
    Nubia is AWESOME
and I loved the painted bodice on WW- to me it made her seem magical as a kid BUT the Eagle breast uniform could easily have been perfect instead on what we got!!!!

I agree the most accurate are the Treks except Gorn. The Robin Hood are very good too. The cheesiest are select WGSH , and not a big fan of Richie from Happy Days.

As a line, Wizard of Oz is probably the most accurate. The Mad Monsters are probably the weirdest of all.

Star Trek Bridge crew (and the Klingon)
Batman, Robin and Penguin (doesn't Robin look just like the opening titles profile on the 60s series?)
Planet Of the Apes Zira, Corny/Galen, Ursus (helmet head), and Zaius

I'm talking SCULPTs here, not clothing or anything.

WOZ are really neat sculpts. I've never been really into the movie itself, so the characters haven't appealed to me too much, but I do appreciate them. I always found the supergals to be too generic. I would have liked Wonder Woman and Supergirl to look more super than Barbie-ish. Batgirl does not bother me that much. I think because of the cowl. If you are looking to start buying, I agree with some of the posts above about the Treks.

WGSH: Robin is indeed dead-on the classic comic version with the two ringlets of hair. Green Arrow is pretty dead on (except for his simplified gloves). Iron Man (he did have the nose on his armor in the comics of the time), Falcon, Thor, Lizard and Green Goblin and Mr. Fantastic are also very well done. The Joker and Riddler are pretty much dead on Infantino's versions. Aqualad and Kid-Flash look like they jumped out of a Nick Cardy comic panel.

Superman is a great Mego, but his spit curl is off. It doesn't make an "S". Bothered me as a kid, and still keeps him behind some of the more accurate ones now.

The Trek crew is unbeatable, as is most of WOZ. Definitely add me to the list of folks who consider this line unappreciated.

    Chris
