    Raffle and Custom figure auction time- Donations needed!

    Hey Gang!

    It's time to start gearing up for the annual Mego Museum raffle and custom auction.

    Like every year we depend on you with this fundraiser to help support the Museum to pay for bandwidth and support it's projects.

    Please donate some Mego or related toy items for the cause.

    And once again, we'll be doing the live custom figure auction, so if you would like to make a custom figure to donate, please do so.

    The raffle will be held at the Meet, but of course anyone can buy tickets. The auction will be held at the meet, but proxy bids will be taken so you can play along even if you can't be there.

    If you'd like to donate something, please PM or email me for an address to ship to. I'd like to have everything in my the end of April so we can start selling tickets the month of may.

                      Dave you said even if we cannot attend we can still take part in the raffles? Just curious as to how this works, how we bid, where we go to see pics of the items. AZlso you said we could donate other items than megos. Being i'm just getting my collection started again i have some items from the GiJoe 25th anniversary collection i could donate.

                          Tickets for the raffle will be announced here when they go on sale, after that it's just a paypal click away.

                          For the auction, you can email me your bid ahead of time. It will work just like ebay. If your max bid is $75, we have someone place bids for you. So if the current bid is $50, that person will bid $55 for you. If you get outbid and it goes to $60, that person will bid $65 for you. If it goes to your max, that person will stop bidding for you. If you happen to win, you'll be contacted and asked for payment. Failure to pay results in public execution.
