    never was worried about it. Its pretty much targeting crafters that are making items not approved by the safety cops.

                So in short....its up to you to decide if what your selling contains a dangerous amount of lead? What happens if you sell something and the buyer has it tested, and finds its outside the safety limit? Are you, the seller, held accountable? What repercussions would there be?

                Still seems pretty vague. I dont believe Canada has yet decided how we are going to handle this, nor have many other nations.....? This could still turn into something nasty.
