$16.19 is heck of a deal for the EMCE Khan. I opened mine so a slightly dinged bubble was no big deal to me. But if you want to be sure to get a collector grade mint card you'll probably want to pay the extra bucks and get one somewhere else. I know Doc sells them on his site for $35 and I think they are going for around $40 on ebay, last I checked.
Also, Gohastings is an amazon seller. So if you have a problem with the order you'll probably want to contact them, not amazon.You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. I have Seen Amazon do that with DVD's . Awhile back I ordered Star Trek TNG season 2 and it came in a box . A Few weeks later I ordered Season 3 and it was shipped in a padded envelope. No damage to the set luckily. I am not sure if its just their shipping dept not having QC standards on how they ship things.In The " Real World " Vampires Do Not Sparkle. They Burn In the Sun !

yes i got got scotty and andor a while from amazon and they came in a prioty box with no wrap or protective padding or anything. bubbles were damged.Comment

This was an Amazon seller and not Amazon itself, right? I ordered stuff from AmokTime and they came boxed up and very well packaged. Just point that out so people aren't afraid to buy something off Amazon itself.Comment

Yes, as I pointed out, they are sold by Gohastings through amazon and not amazon itself. From what I understand, Gohastings is Hastings amazon store. Hastings being one of the places (along withe Planet X) that Khan is exclusive with.
I'm sorry some people are getting damaged cards. To be fair though, I did mention in my first post in that thread that the figure was shipped in a padded envelope. I was just trying to pass along a good deal I found to fellow Mego collectors who may have not been able to get this great figure yet.
