    Greetings from North Carolina!

Hey there everyone my name is Jase and I recently found this forum after picking up some figures over at Megoville. Also pre-ordered the Phantom from Castaway (which is what really started all this)...It's strange that here I am almost forty and I'm always looking online at these little 8" gems from my past. I found myself reading the threads here and there on the site and the information I've gathered is better then any collector's guide book out there. The customizing thread has got me pumped, because I've done a lot of 12inch figures in the past and now I've set my sights on doing some Mego customs. Well thanks for letting me bend your ear and say "" look forward to chatting with you in future and getting to know you. Also what are the Mego Museum Cards? And where do you pick up packs of them? I see where fellow posters trade them but I have yet to pick up a single card to trade. Any help towards this would be great.

    Take Care!

    Jase

    Starting to Collect.....

Castaway - Captain Action and Dr. Eville (Can't wait until they arrive!)
    Castaway - Phantom (pre-order)

Wanting to get the POTA re-release of figures (Are they or have they made an URKO or ALDO yet?)

    Hey Jase,

Welcome. This is the card index:

Mego Museum Trading Cards Checklist : Mego Cards

It will tell you all the Mego Museum cards that have been released so far. Plus there are 14 Plaid Stallions cards so far as well. There are no "packs" for them. They are freely traded here by Museum members and several dealers here will include them in orders. If you pm me your address I'll send you extras of what I have to help get you started.

You must get Benjamin's book on the WGSH. No Mego fan should be without a copy.

    Enjoy your stay here.

    Scott

Welcome. Sounds like you'll fit in fine 'round here. If you want too, post some pics of your stuff in the "Toy Room Central" or "Finished Customs" threads.

                Welcome Jase,

It's starting to feel a little crowded in North Carolina. In a good way.
